Damaged or Incorrect Products
You can return your purchase to us within 7 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised, or is not what you ordered.
We will issue a full refund or a replacement, including postage costs, at no additional charge.
We cannot accept items that are damaged due to improper handling.
Faulty items can be returned within the first 6 months of receipt. We test every return for faults and defects. If an item is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you. Babytech will cover these costs.
We are happy to provide a refund, however this must be raised with us via the support page on our website within 7 days of receiving the product. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and the return post is at your expense.
After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and unwanted goods. If after this period we accept opened and unwanted goods, we may charge a discretionary minimum fee of $10 to cover postage and packing costs that Babytech incur to redeliver this service.
If you wish to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, as there is no error on our part, we will refund the purchase but we will not refund any original delivery costs.
When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 working days of us receiving your return.
